Efficacy of a novel membrane comprising a copolymer of L-lactic acid and glycolic acid in osteoblasts <i>in vitro </i>

In guided bone regeneration (GBR), a barrier membrane is applied to provide space for promote cell adhesion, proliferation, and by inducing migration the surface of bone-deficient site. We prepared non-woven absorbable GBR comprised copolymer L-lactic acid glycolic (PLLGA) using dry spinning method.
